Just some of the boring stuff you need to be mindful of.

1) General: You must be over eighteen (18) years old to use this page. If you are under eighteen, you may only use the site in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian.
Booster Bounty reserve the right to make changes to this page, the disclaimers and these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. This also includes all content, product descriptions, pictures and pricing information. Any questions, feel free to Contact Us here.

2) Information Accuracy: Booster Bounty attempts to ensure that information on the page is complete, accurate and current. Despite this effort, the information on this page may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We reserve the right, without prior notice to fix or amend incorrect information. All pricing you see on Booster Bounty is the price you will pay at checkout. Booster Bounty is not responsible for incorrect pricing on external websites.

3) Shipping: Once payment is received, we will ship your order within one- two (1-2) business days. All orders will be shipped through Australia Post. In the unlikely event we need to ship through another service, we reserve the right to do so and will inform you of the change. This is no cost to you. Express Postage carries a lead time of 1-2 working days providing you live in Metro Australia. All other regions may be 3-5 working days. We hold no responsibility for delays or lost parcels from the courier. Additional coverage such as signature on delivery and/or insurance is an additional cost and can be arranged when you contact us.

Note: Presale Items (Booster Boxes and Trainer Boxes Only)

• Are Expressed Shipped and includes parcel tracking (Singular Booster Boxes only. Booster Case orders will be regular shipped and includes Signature on Delivery and Insurance)
• Can only be purchased separately and can not be combined with other different Presale Items (or non-presale items) in the same order. Multiple quantities of the one presale item is off course acceptable.
• If multiple presale items are bought across different transactions, we will combine the shipping and refund you the difference via a Store Credit/Coupon. You will be notified of this.

4) Order Cancellation: For placed orders, you may request a 100% no-hassle refund if your goods have not been shipped. Please send us a new email to inform us that you wish to cancel your order. Your payment will be refunded within two (2) business days through same payment method used during checkout.
Otherwise, if the goods have been shipped and once received by you, return the unopened order in the same condition it was in when delivered to you. Once returned, you will be refunded the purchase cost. You will be liable for all charges incurred in returning the order.

5) Returns: We guarantee that all our products are in excellent condition when we ship this to you. We take pride in maintaining our high standards in customer service. In the unlikely event you find otherwise, please contact us immediately. Then, return the goods to us within 7 days of receiving your goods.
Once received, your money will be refunded through same payment method used during checkout. This becomes invalid if you have the goods for more than 7 days. Note that refunds will not be refunded for “Change of Mind”.

6) Payment Processing: Booster Bounty will never store any of your Credit Card Information To prove it, we’ve aligned ourselves with trusted companies like PayPal. Booster Bounty utilizes the HTTPS (secure) protocol for secure browsing, as well as PayPal’s Payment APIs for anything related to credit card processing. Payment information is sent securely straight to PayPal.

7) Privacy: Like other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor’s IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit. Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website. Where registration is required, the visitor’s email and a username will be stored on the server. However, information is only used to enhance the visitor’s experience when using the website to display personalized content and possibly advertising. E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties. E-mail addresses may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers by us only (no third parties, no affiliates).
